Hi everyone, I am Wei Jing from Singapore. It is a small island nation in South-East Asia.
I have a Master’s in Knowledge Engineering, my background is in Multimedia and Game Development.
I am currently teaching in a vocational training college where I train kids in software engineering, data analytics and multimedia creation.
Before teaching, I explored a variety of roles as a designer, computer programmer and a technology intermediary. My experiences showed me how much I don’t know, and how much knowledge has been created by all the various humans since our beginnings. The amount of creative thoughts and solutioning humanity has accomplished and build-up as a whole, got me interested in philosophical subjects.
My interest to this course is quite similar to David’s. I also wanted to see if such knowledge can help create better artificial intelligent systems, particularly when it comes to influencing design of natural language processing pipelines.
